Swan Creek Marina Dockage
Slips
Our slips range in size from 30 to 55 feet. Rates
include (1) 30 amp electric
connection and water at the slip. An
additional 30 amp or (1) 50 amp is available for $300 per year. One
dinghy may be store on the dinghy rack and is included within the
annual rate. Our yearly contracts are from November 1st to October
31st. Rates also include wet or dry storage during the winter.
Hauling, washing, blocking, stand rental, re-launching, and yard
labor are additional.

Moorings
Swan Creek Marina's mooring field consists
of 24 individual moorings. Naturally
well protected, each of our moorings can hold a vessel up to 55 feet
in length. Mooring customers use the parking area at the boat
yard and are welcome to visit the marina dinghy docks to use the
head and shower facilities. Dockside facilities are available for
use by mooring customers.

Payment Terms
A deposit of $400 is required at the issuance of your dockage contract. In addition, a 3% Town Tax on your slip rate is charge to Slip Holders. The balance of your slip or mooring rate will be invoiced in (2) payments (October and April).
